We collect the following personal information:

  • Addresses


We use this information to prove the extent of local public support for our objectives; to send out newsletters; keep members informed of our campaigns and their progress; to send invitations to our annual AGM and other events. We also use the address to determine if the member lives within the locality of the Quinta Village Green as determined by it's registration.

Lawful bases and data protection rights.

Your details will only be held by the Quinta Village Green Residents Association to prove the extent of local public support for its objectives and to inform you via email or text messages of our campaigns and their progress, local news, public meetings, invitations to events and other important information that affects our neighbourhood.Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information:

  • Consent: We have permission from you after we gave you all the relevant information. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object. To be clear, you do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.


Where we get personal information from?

Directly from you via our Membership Form.


How long we keep information.

We will keep your information as long as you remain a member of the Quinta Village Green Residents Association. If you cancel or do not renew your annual membership we will delete all of your information.


How to complain.

If you have any concerns about our use of your personal data, you can make a complaint to us using the contact details at the top of this privacy notice.

If you remain unhappy with how we’ve used your data after raising a complaint with us, you can also complain to the ICO.
